1) Entire Facility Rate

$60.00 per hour
$300 per Event (Non Profit Rate)
$500 per Event
$1600.00 per week
All areas subject to limited availability.

2) Admission Revenue Rate 20% of Box Office revenue
Any rental at which an admission charge is collected is subject to a fee of 20% of the total gross Box Office receipts collected for the event at all Box Office locations. This fee will be levied in place of the facility rate only if the percentage amount exceeds the facility rate.

3) Box Office Services $20.00 per performance/event
The Willows Theatre Company can provide complete box office services 7 days a week with charge by phone capabilities and access through BASS system. Theatre charges $1.00 per ticket service charge on all sales.

4) Custodial Fees $15.00 per hour
Two hour minimum required for each performance event where concessions are not provided by The Willows Theatre Company.

5) House Management $10.00 per hour
This fee is assessed if renter provides concessions, no charge if theatre provides service.

6) Set-up and Strike Fees $30.00 per hour
Fees charged if additional time is required to prepare the facility for rental.

7) Technician's Fee Contracted Rate
Billing rate for technician to check out renters on use of equipment. Only authorized technicians may alter, modify or manipulate scenery, lighting or sound.

8) Cleaning and Damage Deposit $100.00 to $300.00
All renters are subject to a Cleaning and Damage Deposit to ensure that the facility and all items contained within are left in the same condition as the beginning of the rental period.

9) Equipment Varies
Wireless mics $5 each/day and may be used only w/Willows Theatre Company Technician, Fog Machine - $25/day, $75/week, other equipment may be available. Contact office for quote.
All variable rates are determined by The Willows Theatre Company. Be sure to discuss fully all event requirements and estimated fees before submitting the Application. All last minute changes will be billed as necessary.

All checks should be made payable to The Willows Theatre Company.
