Online Ticket Sales

Our Online Ticketing System for Single Tickets is available virtually 24 hours a day. However, we usually close online sales for a given performance 2-3 hours prior to its curtain time. If you are interested in purchasing last-minute tickets for a given performance, you may go to the ticket window at the theater lobby anytime during the hour prior to curtain time.

For advance ticket sales, the Willows Daytime Box Office is now located at 115 Tarantino Drive in Martinez in the Waterfront Park, adjacent to the John Muir Amphitheater. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 12-5pm (excluding holidays). Click for directions.

On the day of a given performance, any unsold tickets for that performance only will go on sale in the theater lobby one hour prior to curtain time. Students and teachers with ID may purchase Rush tickets approximately 20 minutes prior to curtain, based on availability.

 

Tickets are usually held at Will Call unless an arrangement is made to mail tickets for an additional $1 fee. We do not mail tickets when there are less than 7 days until the performance. Will Call tickets are available for pickup in the theater lobby one hour prior to your curtain time.

Sorry, there are No Refunds!

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. There is no fee for exchanges. However, all exchanges are subject to performance price upgrade, if applicable. Please call or visit the Daytime Box Office
