The Campbell Theatre is the perfect place to throw a
party, put on a show or present awards!
RENTAL RATES:
Basic Event Fee (Minimum
3 Hours*): $175 per hour. includes house manager,
bartender and 4 waiters (able to serve approximately 100 guests).
Additional Fees:
Lighting
Technician: $25/hour
Sound
Technician: $25/hour
Backstage
Security: $25/hour
Additional
Wait Staff: $15/hour per server (each server able to serve 25 guests)
Pre-Event Set-Up Fees:
$50/hour
plus staff fees
Note:
For your safety and the safety of our theatre, if you plan to use our
lights, sound or backstage space you must use our staff at the rates listed
above. You may not substitute your own crew.
*Even if the event lasts less than 3
hours you must pay for 3 hours.
We allow groups and individuals to rent the theatre
only when there are no planned Willows Theatre Performances. Please
have several dates in mind when you call to rent the space.
